Veal Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. veal, cubed
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp. butter
2 sliced onions
1 sliced zucchini
1 diced tomato
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans mushroom soup
1/4 c. sherry
Preparation

Brown veal in butter and remove to large casserole.
Saute mushrooms, onion, zucchini and tomato in same pan.
Add to meat in casserole.
Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and sherry.
Pour over meat.
Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
