Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted for 20 minutes
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add potatoes and mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with crushed corn flakes, if desired.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
