Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped, peeled apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts of choice

Preparation

Sprinkle on top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. \"This cake is even better the second day.\"
