Offshore Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    3 bags shrimp (4 oz. bags)
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. Creole seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. seasoned salt
    dash of Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation
    Cook whole chicken until it comes off the bone and leave in water.
    Add shrimp and all seasons and bring to boil and serve with rice and crackers.
    Serves 10 to 12.
