Hash Brown Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 bacon strips, diced
    6 green onions, sliced
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Place bacon in a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain. Add onions to the drippings. Cover and microwave on High for 1 minute. Add the potatoes. Cover and cook on High for 10 minutes, stirring several times. Add vinegar, celery salt and bacon. Toss. Yield: 4 servings.
