Oven Crusty Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. whole Kellogg's corn flakes, or 1 c. crumbs
    1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen
    1/2 c. milk
    3 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. vegetable oil or melted margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    If
    using
    whole corn flakes, crush into fine crumbs and set
    aside.
    Cut fish into serving pieces (allow 1/4 pound per
    serving).
    Combine
    milk
    and salt.
    Dip fish in milk, then in
    crumbs.
    Arrange
    on
    well oiled baking sheet or shallow pan.
    Sprinkle fish with vegetable oil.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 375\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until tender.
