Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 fillets of flounder
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced or powdered
2 tsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
4 tsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In frying pan cook mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter until onions are lightly browned.
Add oregano, parsley and lemon juice.
Lay fillets flat in baking dish (closely fit).
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Divide stuffing into 4 equal parts and lay over fillets.
Place 4 other fillets on top and sprinkle with additional lemon juice and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
