Vegetable Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. herb dressing mix
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch bake dish.
    Mix margarine and dressing; sprinkle on top of vegetables. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
