Shrimp Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
10 oz. small shrimp
3 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. cucumbers
2 Tbsp. chives
1/3 c. salad oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Rub wooden bowl with garlic.
Place shrimp into bowl; pour lemon juice in.
Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
