Impossible Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cut up turkey
1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease pie plate.
Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute by hand mixer.
Pour into plate.
Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
