Carbonara Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut up and uncooked
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. cooked cubed meat
    10 oz. spaghetti or linguine, cooked and drained
    2 eggs, beaten (room temperature)
    3/4 c. whipping cream (room temperature)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
    Add mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
    Add meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add pasta; toss to mix and heat through.
    Turn off heat. Beat eggs, cream and Parmesan.
    Pour over mixture and toss. Serve at once.
