Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation
-
Beat egg and 3/4 cup milk together.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Roll thin; cut in strips and drop in boiling broth. After dumplings have cooked, add 1/2 cup milk.
Remove from heat after it comes to a boil.
