Tasty Beef Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bottom round steak, thinly sliced
    flour
    eggs
    bread crumbs
    Provolone cheese
    your choice of sliced ham
Preparation
    Coat each steak (rec. 2 per serving) with flour, eggs and then bread crumbs on each side.
    Set aside.
    Place 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham on each steak.
    Starting from one end, roll up and secure with a toothpick.
    When done, brown each side of roll-up in a frying pan with oil.
    Now, place each roll-up in a baking dish in the oven.
    Set at 375\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with brown gravy, mashed potatoes and vegetable.
