Banana-Pineapple Yogurt Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen in freezer container or bag
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain nonfat yogurt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained (juice pack)
    2 packets Equal
    1 c. ice cubes
Preparation
    In a blender container, combine all ingredients except ice. Blend until smooth.
    With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time through opening in lid, blending until slushy.
    Pour into glasses.
    Makes 4 (7 ounce) servings.
