Appleless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
22 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Bring water,
sugar and cream of tartar to a boil, then add crackers;
boil
for

minutes.
Cool
a\tlittle before putting in\tpie
shell.
Bake
at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
