Grilled Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 red snappers (1 1/2 lb. each)
    salt
    fresh ground pepper
    1 tsp. olive oil
    6 thin lemon slices
    4 sprigs thyme
    4 sprigs oregano
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Prepare grill.
    Rinse fish in cold water.
    Pat dry.
    Sprinkle inside and out with salt and pepper.
    Drizzle cavities with oil and stuff with lemon slices and herbs.
    Grill, turning once, until just opaque at backbone, about 15 minutes.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
    Makes 4 servings.
