Absent Cook'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed stew beef
    3 to 4 medium carrots
    2 to 3 medium onions
    4 to 6 medium potatoes
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place beef, peeled and sliced carrots, onions and quartered potatoes in a heavy roasting pan with a lid.
    Combine tomato soup, water, vinegar and seasonings.
    Pour over meat and vegetables and cover with close fitting lid.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
