Pork Normandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1 medium apple, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and lay in baking dish.
    Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
