Deviled Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
2 c. crab meat
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine flour, onion, red pepper, horseradish and salt; stir in 1/4 cup butter in saucepan.
Cook until bubbly, then remove from heat.
Add milk and cook until thickens; stir constantly. Add hot sauce a little at a time to egg yolks, stirring briskly. Combine egg mixture with remaining sauce.
Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring.
Remove from heat; add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and crab meat.
Mix well.
Serve in clean crab shells or custard cups.
