Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 bell pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 can tomato juice
    1 large onion
    1 can red beans, drained
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Brown onion and bell pepper in Wesson oil.
    Add ground beef and cook until done.
    Drain juice off beans.
    Add beans, chili powder and salt.
    Add tomato juice.
    Cook on low in a covered pan about 20 minutes.
