Easy Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar together in bowl.
Add egg; mix well.
Blend in milk.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in separate bowl.
Add to butter mixture.
Spread half of the batter in greased 8-inch round baking dish; cover with 3/4 can of pie filling.
Spread the remaining batter; top with remaining pie filling.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Serves 8.
