24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. salad dressing
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. bacon bits
Preparation

Layer ingredients in the order listed (lettuce, celery, onion, green pepper and peas).
Spread salad dressing (frosting). Sprinkle sugar over salad dressing.
Layer cheese and then bacon bits.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Serve!
