Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1/2 to 1 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain juice from one jar of artichokes into skillet.
    Saute onion and garlic in juice.
