Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 c. milk
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onions until tender in small amount of water.
    Add milk, margarine, salt and pepper to taste.
    Thicken with instant mashed potatoes.
    Top with chopped parsley when serving.
