Chinese Rice Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 bouillon cube (any flavor)
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    1 c. diced cooked pork
Preparation
    Cook rice in oil until brown.
    Add salt, water, bouillon cube and soy sauce.
    Cover and cook 20 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients and 1/4 cup more water, if necessary.
    Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes more.
    Serves 4.
