Super Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 sliced squash
    1 sliced onion
    1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 lb. grated cheese
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    seasoned salt
    1/4 lb. grated cheese
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Place squash, onion, sugar (optional) and salt in a 4-quart saucepan.
    Cook for 20 minutes; drain well and mash.
    Mix eggs, 1/4 pound grated cheese, milk, melted margarine, flour and seasoned salt (to taste).
    Add to squash mixture; stir well. Spoon into casserole dish; top with 1/4 pound grated cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
