Baklava - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box phyllo dough
1 can walnuts (8 oz.), chopped
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
2 blocks butter (1 c.)
Preparation

Mix together sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and walnuts. Melt butter in small pot.
Lay several sheets of phyllo dough in 9 x 13-inch pan (or your largest pan).
Spread some of the walnut mixture on the dough.
Drizzle butter on walnuts.
Continue alternating dough, walnuts, butter.
Top layer should be dough. Cut into squares or diamonds.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
