Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut up
    3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello (I use sugar-free)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Jiffy cake mix (white or yellow)
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Grease a 12 x 8-inch pan.
    Put in rhubarb. Sprinkle with jello, then sugar.
    Sprinkle dry cake mix next. Dot with oleo and pour water over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Cool and serve with Cool Whip.
