Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder and salt).
    Mix eggs and milk.
    Add dry ingredients; stir until smooth.
    Place 1/2 cup batter into funnel with 1/2-inch opening. Place finger over spout.
    Pour batter from funnel over hot vegetable oil 1/2-inch deep.
    Swirl batter in shape of coil. Brown on both sides.
    Drain; dust with powdered sugar.
