Pecan Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 c. pecans, do not chip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Beat until real stiff.
    Stir in pecans.
    Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool before using a spatula to lift macaroons from cookie sheet.
