Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork cubes
    1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 medium tomatoes, quartered
    2 medium green peppers, cut in squares
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1 tsp. cornstarch in 2 Tbsp. water
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Cut up vegetables and set aside; combine in small bowl the vinegar, sugar, salt, cayenne and Accent and set aside also. Brown garlic in hot oil; stir-fry pork in garlic until well done. Add vegetables and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
    Add sauce and stir, then cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in cornstarch paste and cook until sauce thickens.
    Do not overcook.
    Serve with rice.
