Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until soft, not mushy!
    Cool in refrigerator. Slice cooled potatoes in thick slices and place in 2-quart baking dish.
    Cover with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
