Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 lb. bag potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 c. whole milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
Preparation
    Slice potatoes 1 1/2-inches thick.
    Cook on top of stove until almost done.
    Get medium or large casserole dish.
    Grate cheese and put a layer of cheese on the bottom of dish.
    Put a layer of potatoes, then cheese.
    Repeat until dish is full.
    Add milk, butter, salt, pepper, seasoning salt and top with more cheese. Cook in the oven with cover on for 3/4 of the way to keep moist. Cook on 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
