Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 c. cornbread
    1/2 loaf bread, toasted
    1 tsp. onion, grated
    salt and pepper
    gizzard, heart and liver of foul
    1/2 lb. pork or veal
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 small can pimento
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook gizzard, heart and meat for about 1/2 hour.
    Chop fine and use broth of same to mix dressing.
