Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat egg, sugar and oil.
Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
Add carrots, vanilla, pineapple and nuts.
Stir until all ingredients are all mixed.
Put in bread pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
