No Bake Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

In saucepan, mix gelatine and spices; blend in eggs, beaten with milk.
Let stand for 1 minute.
Heat over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 10 minutes.
Stir constantly.
Blend in potatoes.
Pour mixture into prepared crust. Chill until firm.
May be served with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
