Potato Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. potato pumpkin, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until slightly brown.
