Chinese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 pimentos, chopped
    1 can mushroom slices
    3/4 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut steak into cubes and brown in oil in a skillet over medium heat. Drain pimentos and mushrooms. Add to browned steak.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover skillet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6.
