Best Ever Orange Cake - cooking recipe

6 egg whites (3/4 c.)
1 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 egg yolks
6 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp. freshly grated orange peel
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Let egg whites come to room temperature, in large bowl.
Measure flour and sift with salt. Beat egg whites at medium speed until foamy.
Gradually beat in 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well after each addition.
