Red And White Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 plum tomatoes
    1 medium cucumber
    1 (16 oz.) can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 to 19 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Discard seeds from tomatoes; dice tomatoes.
    Peel cucumber but leave on some green.
    Discard seeds from cucumber; dice.
    In medium bowl combine all ingredients.
    Makes 4 servings.
