Charlotte'S Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion
    3 Tbsp. green pepper
    1 small jar pimento, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    10 count pkg. canned biscuits
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions and pepper.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add pimento and sour cream.
    Pour into greased casserole dish; top with biscuits.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until biscuits are done.
