Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    Crisco oil or bacon fat
    sugar
Preparation
    Slice sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with sugar (plenty).
    Fry in oil; bacon fat is better. Let brown lightly on each side.
