Pig-Pickin' Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice
Preparation

Combine cake mix and mandarin oranges.
Substitute pineapple juice for water required on box instructions.
Prepare according to package instructions. While cake is cooling, combine drained pineapple and Cool Whip. Add sugar to desired sweetness.
When cake is cool, spread Cool Whip mixture on layers.
Cake must be refrigerated.
