Sweet And Tangy Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. fresh sausage in 4-inch links
    2 blocks butter
    1 large onion, cut in large pieces
    1 large green pepper, cut in large pieces
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    6 cups Cattlemen's barbecue sauce
    2-3 cups water
Preparation
    Place sausage links in a baking pan and bake until browned. Pierce skin during cooking to release fat and drain.
    (Smoked sausage may be used-boil it 10-15 minutes and drain.)
