Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red bell peppers
    12 green bell peppers
    4 hot peppers
    4 onions
    6 to 8 green tomatoes
    2 ripe tomatoes
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables well. Cover with cold water and let stand 5 minutes. Drain and add the sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Cook for 5 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
    Place in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
