Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, powder, soda, salt and cinnamon in bowl. Mix until well blended, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add oil while mixing.
Add carrots and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Mix well.
Fold in raisins.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
