Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen fresh coconut
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 box yellow or white cake mix
Preparation
    Blend together first 3 ingredients, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake cake mix according to package directions, using 2 layer cake pans.
    Cool cake layers well.
