Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. Grape-Nut flakes
1 tsp. sage
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
pepper
2 tsp. grease
2 tsp. flour
Preparation
-
Mix ground beef, Grape-Nuts, sage, onion, salt and pepper together; make into 24 meatballs.
Brown meatballs in grease.
When meatballs are browned, push to side of pan.
Mix flour into fat; add water and simmer 15 minutes in covered frypan.
