Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. warm water
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped raisins
1 whole orange, chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream Crisco until soft, then gradually add sugar and beat until light.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add vanilla.
Dissolve soda in warm water, then add the flour which has been sifted with the salt.
Stir in orange, raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cool and frost.
