Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple (chunk or tidbits)
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese.
    Pour into 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Top with crackers and drizzle with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
